- Conference
An academic conference will be held on Mon from 18:00 on the 2nd floor of Yayoi Building 2. We invite external lecturers and hold lectures about once every 1-2 months.
A post-surgery conference will be held on Thu from 8:00 on the 2nd floor of Yayoi Building 2.
Project meetings are held every 1-2 months on the 2nd floor of Yayoi Building 2. The date and time will be announced by Dr. Dohi.
★ Microsurgery training
- If you would like microsurgery training, please contact Dr. Kondo. There is a limit on the number of people, so you may have to wait in line.
★ Research & Papers
- If you wish to conduct basic research, please consult Dr Dohi. Ideally, a fellow with a stay of one year or more is desirable.
- If you would like to write a case report or wish to conduct an anatomical study (CT angiography) of the flap, please contact Dr. Ono.
- Dr. Umezawa also provides guidance on case reports in the field of head and neck reconstruction.
★ Financial Support for Attending Conferences
- If you wish to present your work at NMS at an academic conference, we will support (1) conference participation fees, (2) travel expenses, and (3) accommodation expenses.
- If you do not have a conference presentation and only attend, we will support (1) conference participation fees.
- A receipt is required to receive the above support. The address is as follows: "Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Nippon Medical School, Your name.” Payment cannot be made if there are any deficiencies.
- The upper limit for hotel stays is 10,000 yen per night, and you cannot use Shinkansen green cars.
- If you have any questions regarding your reservation, please ask your buddy. Also, please give the receipt to Ms. Oinuma, the secretary of the medical office.
★ Patient Personal Information Protection
- Personal patient information (taking photos of patients or medical records) is prohibited. If you need to record information about surgeries you have attended or observed in a logbook, please check with your senior doctor.
