2017年にテルモが販売開始した比較的新しい点滴薬だよ。アセトアミノフェンを有効成分としているよ。内服薬ではカロナール、坐薬ではアンヒバ が有名だよね。

以前はロピオンをよく使っていたけど、最近は、形成外科の術後の鎮痛薬としてアセリオを第1選択で指示入力している先生が多いよね。腎臓が悪い患者さんでも使いやすいよね。

【成人における疼痛管理】
- アセトアミノフェンとして、1回300～1000mgを15分かけて静脈内投与し、投与間隔は4～6時間以上とする。
- 1日総量として4000mgを限度とする。
- 低体重患者の投与制限：体重50kg未満の成人にはアセトアミノフェンとして、15mg/kg/回を上限として静脈内投与し、投与間隔は4～6時間以上とする。1日総量として60mg/kgを限度とする。
【投与速度】
15分で急速に血中濃度を上昇させて中枢神経に作用させるので、ダラダラと投与すると効きが悪くなるよ。

- 1500mg/日まではOK。
- 1501〜4000mg/日までは肝障害に注意。
- 4000mg/日をこえてはいけない。
